R3's Water Damage Restoration System

Water, sewage and mold may contain dangerous contaminants, so don't risk your health trying to
handle these problems by yourself.  R3's technicians are trained to deal with hazardous conditions.
Call our Emergency Hotline at: 1.888.868.5303 — and we will take care of any and all problems for you.

R3's Restoration Procedure:

Step 1 — Hazard Reduction: Electricity and other potential hazards are assessed by our technician,
who wears protective equipment.

Step 2 — Drying the Area: Once the hazards have been assessed and a comprehensive restoration
plan is in place, the crucial step of drying the affected area is begun. This should never be attempted
by anyone not trained in structural drying procedures.

Step 3 — Decontamination: It is vital that all traces of flood-water, raw sewage, chemicals (some of
which may be carcinogenic), mold and other contaminants be removed from every inch of
the affected area. Your R3 professional does this for you, using our own unique, state-of-the-art
Hot Air Drying Process.  Do not let any of this essential and dangerous work be handled by inexperienced contractors or cleaners.
